Terms of Use
Effective date: October 8, 2026
Document version: 1.0 · App: InfiniWake 1.1.6+
1. Acceptance
By installing or using InfiniWake (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service description
InfiniWake is a macOS menu-bar utility that helps keep the computer awake via a hotkey or click, with an optional Caps Lock LED indicator, auto-off timer, and launch-at-login option.
3. License
Source code is released under the MIT license (see the GitHub repository). Binary builds from the website / GitHub / Mac App Store are provided “as is” subject to the platform’s distribution terms.
4. Use
4.1 Allowed
- personal and work keep-awake use;
- changing settings in the App UI;
- use in accordance with applicable law.
4.2 Not allowed
- using the App to violate law or third-party rights;
- attempting to bypass macOS security mechanisms to harm the system or others;
- representing the App as an Apple product.
5. Payments
The base InfiniWake build is free. If paid features appear via the Mac App Store later, purchases and cancellations follow Apple’s rules. We do not process card data directly.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. We aim for stability but do not guarantee continuous keep-awake under every hardware, keyboard-driver, and energy-saver configuration. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or downtime arising from use or inability to use the App.
7. System permissions
Some features need Accessibility or an optional helper. You may decline those features and still use basic keep-awake.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page.
9. Governing law
To the extent permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to mandatory rules of your country of residence.
